Privacy notice
A plain-English summary of how the Cleats website handles information.
Last updated 6 October 2026
Who is responsible
Cleats is a trading name of Valmont Ltd, company number 17268529. Valmont Ltd operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described here. Privacy questions can be sent to troy@usecleats.com.
What the website receives
The hosting service may process an IP address, browser details, request time and security information to deliver and protect the website. Cleats receives information that you deliberately send: a campaign request or brief, an email, or a booking through the scheduling service.
Your campaign request and brief
A short campaign request includes your name, email, business, goal and any context you choose to add. The optional detailed brief also asks about your offer and sales process, role and optional phone number. Until you press send, your answers stay in this browser tab only. If online submission is unavailable, the site helps you prepare an email; nothing is sent until you send it from your email app. We use a brief to judge whether we can help and to reply to you about it. It is not a marketing subscription and it is not added to a mailing list.
Why it is used
Information is used to respond to an enquiry or brief, arrange a requested meeting, operate website security and keep an appropriate business record. It is not sold as prospect data.
Other services
Vercel hosts this website, processes technical request information to deliver and secure it, and stores submitted requests in a private store in its London region. Google Workspace delivers the request notification to our business inbox. When you choose to email Cleats, your email provider also processes that message. Booking opens Cal.com only when you choose it. Cal.com handles your booking details and confirmations, checks our connected Google calendars for availability and adds confirmed appointments. Calls use Google Meet. Cal.com’s privacy notice applies to information you enter there. This site does not use advertising trackers or subscribe you to marketing.
Retention and your rights
Information is kept only for as long as the business purpose, legal obligation or suppression requirement needs it. A request or brief that does not lead to work together is deleted within twelve months. You may ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by emailing Cleats.
